Job Description:
We are seeking a Sr. Accountant for a large manufacturing company in Menomonee Falls, WI. Excellent opportunity for growth! What You'll Do Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities in line with
U.S. GAAP
Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial schedules Maintain the general ledger and support accurate financial reporting Prepare financial statements, management reports, and operational analysis Partner with operations leaders to explain results, analyze cost drivers, and improve performance Support cost accounting, inventory valuation, COGS, and variance analysis Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and budget-to-actual reporting Support inventory controls, audits, and process improvements Use tools like Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems to analyze data and improve reporting Provide ad hoc analysis to support business and strategic decisions What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong background in month-end close, reconciliations, general ledger, and financial reporting Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems For immediate consideration please apply.
