Senior Staff Accountant

The Senior Staff Accountant's responsibilities include: Preparing and posting journal entries Reconciling general ledger accounts Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Maintaining fixed asset records and depreciation schedules Supporting accounting payable, accounts receive, and payroll related accounting Ensuing compliance with company policies and accounting standards Assisting with audits by preparing documentation and resonding to auditor requests Job costing, including reviewing job costs, labor hours, material usage, overhead allocations, and job profitablity
