Job Description

Mosinee, Wisconsin (Commutable from Kronenwetter, Rothschild, Schofield, Weston, Knowlton, Edgar, Stevens Point, Merrill, Wisconsin Rapids, Wausau) Are you a Cost Accountant with strong manufacturing experience, looking for a role where you can take full ownership of cost analysis and a clear pathway to progress into a Senior Cost Accountant? This role gives you broad exposure across the manufacturing operation, working closely with the Manufacturing Controller and collaborating with Engineering, Estimating, Production, and Sales at a cutting edge, state-of-the art facility. Now is an excellent time to join an established manufacturing organization where you will receive industry-leading training on the company's ERP and financial systems, whilst receiving additional hands-on training on the shop floor to understand how production activity impacts financial results. In this high-impact role, your cost accounting expertise will prove crucial to analyzing labor, material, and overhead costs across multiple production lines. You will prepare departmental KPIs and budgets, analyze actual versus standard costs, and work closely with Estimating and Quoting to assess project costs and projected margins. This role would suit a Cost Accountant from a manufacturing background, looking for greater responsibility, broad operational exposure, and a defined progression path into a Senior Cost Accountant position .
