The Role:

Prepare and analyze departmental KPIs, budgets, and financial performance, reporting findings to Department and Plant Managers. Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs across production lines, investigating variances and actual versus standard costs. Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Estimating, and Quoting to improve cost accuracy, production standards, project margins, and profitability.

The Candidate:

Proven cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong experience analyzing labor, material, overhead, budgets, KPIs, and production variances.
