Administrative & Accounting Specialist Join Our Growing Property Management TeamWe are a growing property management company seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative & Accounting Specialist with 25 years of experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, working with numbers, and playing a key part in day-to-day business operations.
Pay:
$20$25 per hour (based on experience)
What Youll Do:
Manage daily office operations including phones, emails, and schedulingCommunicate with tenants, vendors, and internal team membersProcess rent payments and track accounts receivableAssist with accounts payable, invoicing, and expense trackingMaintain accurate financial records and tenant ledgersSupport property managers with administrative and operational tasks
What Were Looking For:
25 years of administrative and/or accounting experienceStrong attention to detail, especially with financial dataProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred)Excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and work independentlyPreferred (but not required):

Experience in property management or real estateBookkeeping or accounting background
