A Day in the Life as an Accounting Associate As an Accounting Associate, you'll take navigate a variety of duties within the accounting team, assisting both accounts payable and billing functions. Your main focuses will be processing incoming invoices, expense reports, and drop shipments.
Responsibilities include:
Processing invoices using AP automation and ERP software Reconciling employee credit cards and expense reports Processing drop shipment invoices from vendors and outgoing invoices to customers Managing the general accounting emails and working with the team to resolve customer and vendor invoice issues Assisting with vendor reconciliation an other month-end close processes Providing back-up support for Accounts Payable and Receivable functions Ensuring compliance with GAAP, company policies, and SOX requirements, including supporting internal controls, testing, and documentation What You Need Associate's degree in Accounting 3+ years of relevant accounting experience Solid understanding of
US GAAP, SOX
