Direct Hire Job Summary:

We are seeking a Staff Accountant with 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, to support general accounting, financial reporting, cost accounting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. Assist with financial statements, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Support cost accounting, inventory accounting, and manufacturing financial analysis . Analyze costs, variances, and financial trends. Assist with AP/AR process improvements, ERP enhancements, and automation initiatives. Support audits, internal controls, compliance, and accurate financial recordkeeping. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support special projects for the Controller/CFO.

Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of accounting experience , preferably manufacturing. Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems . Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay:

$68,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
