full-time I am looking to hire a full-time Payroll and Benefit Accountant for a reputable educational institution here in Racine, WI (53403). This role will be permanent with benefits and is looking to interview/start immediately.
Pay:
$75,000 - $80,000 (based on experience) &

Schedule:
1st shift,
M-F Remote:
No, 100% onsite
Job Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly payroll for employees, administrators, teachers, support staff, coaches, and temporary employees Audit payroll Process new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, etc. Advisor of benefits (never have to choose them those are done for you) Prepare payroll journal entries and general ledger Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close Strong attention to team player Use ADP Workforce (not a requirement) just want to be adaptable
