SURGENEX
® is a privately held biotechnology company and accredited Tissue Bank by the AATB, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. We develop, manufacture, and distribute the highest quality tissue allograft in the industry to accounts within the United States. Our Work Environment Includes Modern office setting Lunch provided Growth opportunities Responsibilities Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, general ledger operations, and routine bank and credit reconciliations using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and NetSuite ERP. Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closes accurately while adhering to tight financial deadlines. Maintain the chart of accounts, post journal entries, and perform balance sheet reconciliations. Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) ledger balancing—strictly focused on accounting workflows with zero direct customer order processing or sales account management. Independently investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve accounting variances and discrepancies. Collaborate as a flexible team player with internal departments to streamline financial workflows and support audit and tax preparation routines. Qualifications 2-3 years of hands-on experience in full-charge accounting, bookkeeping, or staff accounting routines. Direct, required experience working with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and NetSuite ERP. Strong foundational knowledge of general ledger mechanics, double-entry bookkeeping, and standard accounting principles. Ability to work independently, self-direct routine accounting tasks, and approach complex reconciliations proactively. Strong deadline management and detail orientation with a flexible, team-oriented mindset. Dedicated focus on backend financial and accounting accuracy (no sales or customer account management experience needed). Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
