This role will be responsible for financial coordination, client account management, pricing and quotation support, cost analysis, and profitability review. The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams. Experience in logistics, warehousing, 3PL, e-commerce fulfillment, or supply chain industries is highly preferred. Key ResponsibilitiesU.S. & Oversea Finance Team Coordination Work closely with finance and accounting teams in both the United States and Oversea. Coordinate account reconciliation, payment and receipt confirmations, expense settlements, and financial document transfers. Ensure financial information is accurately synchronized between the U.S. and Oversea teams. Follow up on outstanding financial items and help ensure smooth communication and workflow across both teams. Coordinate cross-time-zone communication when required. Client Account Management & Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding billing, financial matters, and related business issues. Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on customer requests, billing confirmations, and accounts receivable. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client questions and financial issues in a timely manner. Monitor outstanding receivables and assist with payment follow-up. Support ongoing communication related to customer accounts, services, and billing arrangements. Pricing & Commercial Support Understand client business requirements, service scope, and operational needs. Prepare and review pricing based on service requirements and cost calculations. Communicate pricing structures, service charges, and billing details to clients. Participate in price negotiations and discussions regarding payment and settlement terms. Coordinate responses to client questions regarding quotations, invoices, and related charges. Help ensure consistency between quotations, contractual terms, and actual billing. Cost & Profitability Analysis Track revenue, cost, and gross profit by customer, project, and business segment. Compare quoted cost assumptions with actual operating costs. Identify margin gaps, cost variances, and profitability issues. Provide recommendations regarding pricing adjustments, additional charges, or operational improvements. Prepare financial analysis and reporting to support management and business decisions. Work with Operations, Sales, and other departments to improve cost control and profitability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience. Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, cost accounting, and profitability analysis. Ability to independently perform cost calculations, pricing analysis, financial analysis, and issue resolution. Strong client communication and relationship management skills. Good business negotiation and cross-functional coordination abilities. Experience with customer account management, quotation management, or pricing is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese. Ability to communicate effectively with U.S. and Oversea teams as well as external clients. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting or financial software. Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Experience in logistics, warehousing, 3PL, supply chain, transportation, or e-commerce fulfillment is preferred. Previous experience working with cross-border or U.S.-Oversea teams is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing or supervising accounting-related workflows. Experience with logistics pricing, customer billing, transportation costs, warehouse charges, or related cost structures. Familiarity with ERP, accounting systems, CRM, WMS, or TMS platforms. Experience analyzing customer profitability and gross margin. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify financial and operational issues and recommend solutions.
