  • Supervise the daily activities of the accounting team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closings.
  • Review and approve journal entries, invoices, and financial transactions.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis.
  • Develop and implement efficient accounting procedures and internal controls.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and reporting.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
