- Supervise the daily activities of the accounting team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closings.
- Review and approve journal entries, invoices, and financial transactions.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis.
- Develop and implement efficient accounting procedures and internal controls.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and reporting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
- Bilingual in Chinese and English.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
