Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing financial processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting strategic financial initiatives. Your expertise will help drive operational efficiency and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing energy storage technology. Responsibilities Assist with Accounting month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations. Process weekly vendor invoices and payments, and maintain accounts payable records. Prepare customer invoices and assist with accounts receivable collections. Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, budget tracking, and cash flow reporting. Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements. Maintain fixed asset records and assist with physical inventory counts. Support purchasing activities, including creating purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining purchasing records. Coordinate shipping and logistics activities, including inventory transfers and import/export documentation. Assist with product warranty (RMA) administration and maintain related records. Maintain accurate accounting records and support audits, tax filings, and other compliance requirements. Perform general administrative, accounting, and finance duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred; recent graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or accounting software is a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate effective communication and collaboration with our headquarters in China.
