With a team of approximately 50 professionals, we provide comprehensive client accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management services in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. We are seeking an Assistant Business Manager / Bookkeeper who is organized, dependable, and interested in building a long-term career in entertainment business management . About the Role The Assistant Business Manager supports Business Managers with day-to-day client accounting, bookkeeping, and financial operations . This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort working in a paperless, technology-driven accounting environment . Key Responsibilities Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing Journal entries and general ledger accounting Payroll processing (Paychex experience preferred) Maintaining multiple sets of general ledgers for individual and entity clients Accounting and administrative support related to client financial reporting Qualifications 1-2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred Experience with QuickBooks and Excel strongly preferred Bachelor's degree preferred (Accounting or Business Management a plus) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Clear written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan FSA (Flexible Spending Account) plans Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays
