BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS

Under the direction of the Chief Business Officer the Fiscal Services Supervisor performs complex auditing, budgeting, accounting, and analysis of budget and financial information and procedures. Assists with the administration of generally accepted accounting principles and practice throughout the organization to ensure consistency and accuracy of records. Supervises assigned accounting and budget functions of the District.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum of an AA degree or two years equivalent experience in an acceptable school/governmental accounting program; and three (3) years of increasing responsible experience in auditing attendance reporting and student body funds
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or closely related-field highly desirable Copy of Transcript Letter of Introduction Letter(s) of Recommendation Proof of HS Graduation Resume Requirements / Qualifications
