Bachelors Degree in accounting or related field at least 1 year leadership/supervisory experience PREPARE month end and year end

Manufacturing preferred Multiple Entities experience preferred Supervise and coordinate daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close activities. Review, reconcile, and approve financial transactions and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Lead, train, and mentor accounting staff by assigning work, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to support professional development and operational efficiency. Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and variance analyses for management, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions when necessary. Collaborate with internal and external auditors and support audit activities by ensuring timely preparation of requested documentation and implementation of audit recommendations.
