We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative & Accounting Assistant to support our daily financial and administrative operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both accounting and office administration and is looking to grow with a well-established organization. Responsibilities Accounting Record daily financial transactions in QuickBooks Process tuition payments and maintain accurate financial records Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and payment processors Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Process vendor invoices and payments Reconcile Clover POS and Authorize.net transactions Prepare reports for management and assist our CPA as needed Maintain organized financial documentation Administrative Provide administrative support to management Organize office files and records Assist with HR and payroll documentation Coordinate office supplies and vendor communications Support student administrative processes when needed Assist with special projects and day-to-day office operations Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 1 year of bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative experience Experience with QuickBooks preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage confidential information professionally Strong written and verbal communication skills Requirements Authorized to work in the United States ( U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder ) Fluent in English Portuguese or Spanish speaking preferred Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Ability to work independently and as part of a team
