Accounting Administrator Job Description Build Your Career with Kinetiflo Group Join Kinetiflo Group as an Accounting Administrator and grow your accounting career within a growing, multi-location organization. Reporting to the AR/AP Manager, this role provides hands-on experience across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions. Position Summary The Accounting Administrator supports daily accounting activities across multiple Kinetiflo locations. Responsibilities include processing vendor invoices, customer billing and payments, resolving discrepancies, maintaining financial records, and assisting with month-end activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple priorities. What You'll Do Accounts Payable & Receivable Receive, review, voucher, and process vendor invoices and payments. Prepare customer invoices and post customer payments and cash receipts. Contact customers regarding past-due balances. Research and resolve invoice, billing, payment, and purchase order discrepancies. Work with purchasing, warehouse, and other internal teams to resolve accounting issues. Support AP automation processes. Accounting Support Assist the AP/AR Manager and accounting team with day to day and month-end activities. Maintain accurate accounting records and perform related data entry. Support accounting and purchasing activities across multiple locations and states. Prepare ad hoc reports as requested. Assist with accounting needs related to new locations, acquisitions, and other company initiatives. Provide additional accounting and administrative support as needed. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field with approximately 2 years of relevant experience, or approximately 5 years of relevant accounting experience without a degree. Candidates currently pursuing a relevant degree may also be considered. Accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience; experience with both preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. NetSuite experience required. Experience with Bill.com, RAMP, or similar AP automation platforms preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Ability to research discrepancies, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively across departments and locations. Willingness to learn and grow within the accounting function.
