Job Description

Join a solid, stable company with 100 years of manufacturing excellence! We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Full-Time, Accounting Administrative Assistant to support our accounting team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our business success with processing and providing accurate financial information daily. Accuracy, teamwork, and professional communication with both internal and external customers are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and accurately record part and blade sales invoices. Communicate professionally with customers regarding Accounts Receivable matters, including account inquiries and outstanding balances. Prepare and distribute daily sales reports with accuracy and attention to detail. Assist with Accounts Payable functions, including the accurate entry and processing of vendor invoices. Prepare monthly Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reports. Provide support to the Accounting Manager with special projects, analysis, and other accounting-related responsibilities as needed. Consistently demonstrate and uphold DoALL's Core Values in all daily activities and interactions. Proactively offer assistance, recommendations, and process improvements when appropriate.

Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 2-5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research information and resolve accounting-related issues. Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) ERP is preferred but not required.

Annual compensation: $41,600
