Kitty Van Bortel owns one of the top selling Subaru dealerships in the nation, as well as one of the most successful Ford dealerships in a multi-state area. Responsibilities, Knowledge and Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and details simultaneously Analytical ability to gather and summarize data, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work Ability to develop and maintain record keeping systems and procedures Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with customers and co-workers in a professional and helpful manner in person or via phone or written correspondence Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-term goals Ability to work productively in a fast paced, stressful environment Qualifications High school diploma required Prior automotive dealership experience helpful Prior accounting experience helpful Experience with computers, printers, copiers, telephone, scanner, calculator Experience with
Computer Software:
