Job Summary Rohrich Automotive Group Wexford is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining accounting expertise with modern automotive technology. If you're driven by accuracy, collaboration, and continuous learning, we want to hear from you. Pay Rate, plus monthly bonus is based on experience. Processing deals is a plus!! Experience in 1 year of accounts payable experience and balancing is a must!
Responsibilities:
Bank Reconciliations; reviewing missed entries, communicating with Team to make necessary adjustments Verifying and entering contracts, purchase orders, vendor invoices Credit Card Reconciliation, coding and posting for authorized employees Weekly Performance Deliverable Reports Month End Processing and Closing, daily Cash Review Daily use of Service Reynolds software Revenue Tagging to determine which industries our customers represent Calculate, Report and book Sales Tax (Monthly) & Local Taxes (Quarterly) Assist in other clerical and accounting duties required to accomplish general accounting, accounts receivable, billing, payroll functions, book keeping and accounts payable functions
Experience:
Proficiency in automotive software is a plus but not recommended Accounting knowledge recommended and willingly to learn further Knowledge in 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry knowledge with journal entries and general ledger reconciliation Attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately Join us as an Account Manager where you can leverage your skills in a supportive environment that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth in automotive.
