Night Auditor - Full-Time EVEN Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown | Pittsburgh, PA Managed by
NM Hospitality Position Type:
Full-Time, Hourly NM Hospitality is seeking a dependable, professional Full-Time Night Auditor to join the team at the EVEN Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown by IHG. The Night Auditor is responsible for providing excellent overnight guest service while ensuring the hotel's daily financial transactions are accurate and the property is prepared for the next business day. This position requires someone who is trustworthy, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to handle guest concerns professionally during overnight hours. Key Responsibilities Perform the nightly audit and complete the hotel's end-of-day process. Balance and verify daily room revenue, payments, deposits, and other hotel transactions. Prepare and distribute required Night Audit and daily financial reports. Operate OPERA PMS and other IHG systems. Handle overnight guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and requests. Answer phones and assist guests with questions or concerns. Maintain accurate cash and credit-card controls. Monitor the property during overnight hours and promptly report safety, security, or maintenance concerns. Complete required front desk duties and prepare the desk for the morning shift. Assist with early-morning guest needs and coordinate with other hotel departments as necessary. Follow all IHG brand standards and NM Hospitality policies and procedures . Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby environment. Qualifications Previous hotel Front Desk or Night Audit experience preferred. IHG and OPERA experience strongly preferred. Experience with Merlin and IHG systems is a plus. Strong basic accounting and mathematical skills. Excellent guest-service and communication skills. Dependable attendance and ability to work independently. Ability to remain calm and make good decisions when handling overnight guest or operational issues. Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as business needs require.

Hourly, Non-Exempt We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their shift, understands the importance of an accurate Night Audit, and provides our guests with the same level of hospitality overnight that they receive throughout the day.
Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
