Job Description :
SUMMARY Management position on corporate accounting team with 1 direct report Hybrid schedule, in-office 4 days, work from home 1 day per week Competitive benefits - health insurance inc. vision and dental; 401(k) w/ match; PTO + paid holidays; and additional total rewards Minimum 3 years experience in a senior accounting or leadership role 5+ years experience, with 1+ years Public Accounting preferred
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee accounting for fixed assets, capital project, leases, and prepaid expenses Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, rollforwards, and support schedules Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance Compile, record and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closes Prepare financial management reports and other regulatory reporting Assist with annual budget process and financial analysis Assist with valuation and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures Independently resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities Supervise, mentor, and develop direct report(s) Partner with multiple departments to understand financial impact and improve processes and policies Procurement support including reviewing and approving purchase orders and invoices Ad-hoc projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of progressive accounting experience (some Public preferred) 1+ year of supervisory or senior accountant experience, 5 years accounting experience preferred Proven knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and SOX Proficient in ERP systems (specifically NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

Base Pay Range :
$95,000-$110,000 This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset. Voluntary full-time employment benefits include medical, dental, and vision; life, AD&D, critical illness, and hospital insurance; short and long-term disability; identity/legal protection; as well as access to FSA and HSA accounts. Full and part-time employees are eligible to contribute to traditional and/or Roth 401(k) plans.
