Pearson Toyota is seeking a full time Office Clerk to join our team at our Newport News Virginia location. Applicant must demonstrate good administration, organizational skills and be a team player. Good computer skills and a working knowledge of Reynolds ignite a plus. Automotive dealership experience is highly preferred. BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Payable/Receivable Daily Deposit reconciliation Respond to and handle inquiries from sales/service/parts management as needed Perform basic and routine accounting functions Data Entry Other administrative duties as necessary

REQUIREMENTS

Previous accounting experience 1-2 required dealership preferred Understanding of accounting principles, credits/debits Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software
