Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Supervisor:

Lead and supervise the full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance Mentor, develop, and motivate a team of AP/AR professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, cash applications, billing, and collections to optimize cash flow Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, aging reports, and month-end close activities Partner with leadership to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and implement efficiencies Collaborate cross-functionally with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong relationships Leverage accounting systems and tools such as those from Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, or Intuit to streamline operations and reporting Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Supervisor 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role EB-8914519439
