Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the accounts payable team, including training, workflow management, and performance evaluations.Oversee the timely and accurate processing of invoices, check runs, wire transfers, and expense reimbursements.
Develop, implement, and monitor AP policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintain relationships with vendors, resolve account issues, and negotiate payment terms as necessary.
Prepare month-end and year-end close processes related to accounts payable.
Support audits and provide required documentation.
Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and accounting, to optimize processes and support business objectives.
