Key Responsibilities for theAP/AR Supervisor:
- Oversee all accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Manage vendor payments, customer invoicing, collections, account reconciliations, and cash application processes
- Supervise and develop AP/AR team members, including performance management and workforce planning
- Support month-end close, audits, financial reporting, and cash flow management initiatives
- Identify and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and automation opportunities Qualifications for the
AP/AR Supervisor:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of progressive AP/AR experience, including team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of cash flow management, internal controls, and accounting best practices
- Experience with accounting software/ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
