Job Description We are partnered with a growing aerospace start-up that is seeking an AP Manager. The position is on-site in Playa Vista.

Comp:

100-125k + equity

Responsibilities:

Oversee full-cycle AP and AR including billing, collections, and vendor/customer communication Manage vendor onboarding, payment terms, W-9 documentation, and customer invoicing workflows Monitor AP/AR aging, cash disbursements, and collections to ensure timely processing and strong cash flow Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to resolve billing, PO, and payment discrepancies Support month-end close including reconciliations, accruals, and account analysis Strengthen internal controls, documentation, and segregation of duties in support of annual audit Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities Help train and develop future

AP/AR Analysts Requirements:

5+ years of AP and/or AR experience with full-cycle ownership in a high-volume environment Strong process improvement mindset with experience scaling accounting operations Experience with modern accounting tools (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Ramp, or similar) Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through The Solomon Page Distinction Our teams, comprised of subject matter experts, develop an interest in your preferences and goals and we act as an advisor for your career advancement.
