Experience:
Senior Level Salary:
$115,000 - $150,000 per year Job Details - Lead and optimize end-to-end AP operations across a multi-entity North American environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant invoice and payment processing while strengthening internal controls and safeguarding company assets. You'll drive process improvements and automation, partner cross-functionally with finance and operations teams, and support close, audit, and cash flow objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building and developing a high-performing AP team while scaling processes for growth.
Key Highlights:
Oversight of full-cycle AP (vendor setup, invoicing, matching, payments, close) Lead team performance, development, and hiring Implement controls, improve processes, and drive automation Partner across finance, procurement, and operations Support audits, reporting, and compliance (including 1099s) Use data to track performance and improve efficiency
Qualifications:
