Job Summary:

Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Payable disbursement functions. Develops, implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies to ensure adherence to Purchasing guidelines and to evaluate the efficiency of the Accounts Payable cycle. Provides training and customer service to campus for the Accounts Payable and Banner Finance system. Responsible for maintaining records and implementing procedures to capture 1099 reportable payments and comply with IRS regulations. Acts as Administrator for Imaging and Procurement Card software products. Creates accounts payable reports on a monthly, annual and ad-hoc basis using Excel and the Argos reporting software.
