Job Description

We offer equal employment opportunity in a drug-free and smoke-free campus Qualifications Experienced in managing comprehensive payroll operations for facilities with 100+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies. Proficient in biweekly payroll processing, verification, and submission. Skilled in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire documentation and termination procedures. Experienced in conducting pre-employment background screenings through third-party verification services. Knowledgeable in accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and payment request submission. Strong administrative and records management skills, including document organization and filing systems. Two years of experience working in a Long-Term Care (LTC) environment. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with PointClickCare healthcare software and electronic health record systems. Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
