Seeking a UAT Manager to lead execution of User Acceptance Testing for a large-scale ERP financial system implementation (CGI Advantage or similar). This role is onsite-heavy and responsible for driving end-to-end UAT across core financial and operational domains. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end UAT execution across ERP financial modules including GL, Budgeting, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), AP/AR, Grants, Projects, and Fixed Assets Plan and manage multiple UAT cycles (including mock conversion cycles such as Mock 1, Mock 2, Dress Rehearsal) Coordinate testing across functional leads, test analysts, and data/conversion teams Oversee test case development (manual and automated), execution tracking, and RTM alignment Lead defect management and triage using tools such as Jira; track severity, SLAs, and resolution Ensure financial validation and reconciliation , including GL and sub-ledger balancing Drive daily execution tracking and weekly status reporting Maintain testing momentum and ensure execution despite limited SME availability Support UAT completion and go-live readiness assessment Required Qualifications 10-15+ years of QA/UAT experience 5+ years leading UAT for ERP financial systems Experience with at least one: CGI Advantage (preferred) Oracle Financials / PeopleSoft / SAP Strong understanding of: P2P and O2C cycles General Ledger, Budgeting, AP/AR Experience with: Data conversion validation and reconciliation Defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira) Automation testing techniques/methods/tools Proven ability to lead onsite, execution-heavy UAT programs Preferred Qualifications Experience in public sector / government financial systems Prior involvement in ERP cloud/SaaS implementations Familiarity with grants, capital projects, and fund accounting
