This role will manage day-to-day AP operations, month-end close activities, reconciliations, and team coordination. Responsibilities Oversee the full accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment processing, and issue resolution Manage AP-related month-end close activities and account reconciliations Monitor accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across the AP function Lead weekly team meetings and provide direction, support, and accountability to the AP team Identify process improvements and implement more efficient AP procedures Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies and payment issues Take ownership of AP operations and ensure deadlines are consistently met Qualifications 3-5 years of progressive Accounts Payable experience Prior supervisory or management experience required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to take initiative and operate with a strong sense of urgency Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
