AR & Credit Supervisor - Up to $90k + bonus A well-established organization is seeking a Credit Manager to lead its Accounts Receivable function. This role will oversee credit, collections, cash application, and customer account management while managing a team of three direct reports. •100% Onsite Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of three AR professionals. Oversee credit, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation processes. Manage AR aging, collection strategies, credit holds, and customer credit approvals. Review reporting, resolve escalated account issues, and partner with internal teams. Drive process improvements and ensure accurate, timely AR operations. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable. Prior leadership or supervisory experience. Strong understanding of commercial credit, collections, and AR processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. ERP experience required No degree required.
