Our client is an organization in the Green Bay area that's looking for an AP Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, who is driven, and who has excellent leadership skills. This company offers a collaborative team, competitive benefits, and flexibility. This position is hybrid. The salary for this position is $90K - $110K The AP Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the Accounts Payable team and oversee accurate, timely invoice processing and payments. Modernize AP workflows by implementing ERP modules and identifying automation opportunities. Develop and maintain AP policies, procedures, internal controls, and process safeguards. Partner with the accounting team to support month-end close and financial reporting deadlines. Review AP records, vendor accounts, and payment activity to identify and resolve discrepancies. Analyze AP data to improve processes, reduce costs, strengthen compliance, and maximize working capital. The AP Manager will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience, with 3+ years of supervisory or management experience. Experience improving AP processes, implementing ERP systems, and using automation tools. Strong knowledge of vendor management, payment controls, internal controls, sales and use tax, and invoice processing. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
