Accounts Payable Manager San Antonio, TX Compensation:
$60,000 – $63,000 Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for an opportunity to take ownership of a critical function while gaining exposure to treasury and cash management? This role offers direct interaction with senior leadership and the chance to play a key part in the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements. Monitor cash activity, support treasury operations, and perform account reconciliations. Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, onboarding, and issue resolution. Administer the Concur platform, including user support, training, and system maintenance. Provide guidance and oversight to one direct report within the AP function. Partner with finance leadership on reporting, special projects, and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
Background in Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, accounting operations, or a related finance function. Knowledge of accounting principles, cash management, and financial processes. Experience with Concur or similar expense management software is highly preferred. Prior construction industry experience is strongly preferred. #LI-JDM #
