Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a high-volume AP department. This position oversees the full cycle of accounts payable processing across a diverse portfolio of corporate entities. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in AP processing and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with internal controls.

AssociateResponsibilities Team Leadership & Oversight:
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the AP Specialist team. Establish clear daily and weekly processing KPIs to maintain data accuracy and timely vendor payments.Complex Reconciliations:
Oversee the high-volume matching process of complex Bills of Lading (BOLs), terminal delivery tickets, and freight invoices against vendor pricing.Multi-Entity Financial Management:
Manage the accurate routing, coding, and intercompany balancing of payables across multiple corporate affiliates.Payment Cycle Control:
Direct the weekly disbursement workflow, including ACH, wire transfers, and check runs. Optimize cash flow by leveraging vendor early-payment discounts while maintaining strong supplier relationships.System Optimization & Technology:
Serve as the functional administrator for the AP tech stack and electronic document routing platforms. Drive initiatives to automate paper processes and transition to electronic workflows.Month-End & Compliance Support:
Lead the month-end closing process for AP, including vendor statement reconciliations, accrual journal entries, and aging report analysis. Partner with the Controller to support annual audits and state/federal tax reporting.
