Description Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop accounting staff while providing training and process guidance. Oversee payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury operations. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures. Manage cash forecasting, liquidity analysis, banking relationships, and cash management activities. Support annual financial audits, 401(k) audits, and compliance testing. Oversee customer invoicing, collections, credit management, and revenue recognition. Ensure timely vendor payments and efficient AP processing. Manage payroll processing, tax filings, year-end reporting, and payroll audits. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across accounting processes and systems. Collaborate with leadership to support organizational financial goals and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of accounting experience; 10+ years preferred. Experience managing AR, AP, Payroll, and Treasury functions. Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills. Proven ability to manage multiple accounting processes while leading and developing a team.
