  • PRN Hospitality Healthcare Services (HHS) is seeking a Quality Control Auditor
  • PRN to support quality and compliance efforts across assigned hospital accounts within the Yuma Market .
Position Summary The Quality Control Auditor conducts quality audits and inspections of Environmental Services (EVS) operations to ensure compliance with established cleaning standards, hospital requirements, infection prevention practices, safety procedures, and HHS policies and procedures. This position documents audit findings, communicates quality concerns to leadership, conducts follow-up inspections, and supports ongoing quality and process improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine and scheduled quality audits and EVS inspections at assigned hospital accounts. Evaluate cleaning services for compliance with established standards and hospital requirements. Identify and document quality deficiencies, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement. Maintain accurate and organized audit records and documentation. Communicate audit findings and quality concerns to the Corporate Director of Quality, Standards, & Process Improvement and appropriate EVS leadership. Conduct follow-up audits to verify that identified deficiencies have been addressed. Assist with monitoring corrective actions and outstanding quality concerns. Support regulatory and accreditation readiness, including applicable hospital surveys and audits. Review quality data and assist with identifying trends within the Yuma Market. Participate in quality, standards, and process improvement activities as assigned. Work collaboratively with EVS and hospital leadership while maintaining objectivity and professionalism. Perform other quality-related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 1-3 years of experience in Environmental Services, housekeeping, healthcare operations, quality assurance, quality control, auditing, or a related field preferred. Healthcare or hospital EVS experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and document quality concerns. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to conduct inspections objectively and consistently. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a healthcare environment. Basic computer skills, including documentation, data entry, and electronic reporting. Familiarity with EVS equipment, cleaning procedures, and healthcare environmental standards preferred. Ability to travel between assigned hospital accounts within the Yuma Market.

Corporate Director of Quality, Standards, & Process Improvement Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to work within hospital and EVS environments. The position may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals, communicable diseases, dust, fumes, and other hospital environmental conditions.
