full-time Finance Search Partners (FSP) is seeking multiple experienced Senior Auditors . This is an excellent opportunity for an audit professional looking to take on greater responsibility, work directly with clients, and play a key role in leading engagements across a diverse range of industries. The Audit Senior will plan and execute financial statement audits, supervise engagement teams, and serve as a key point of contact for clients. The firm works with clients across manufacturing, logistics, agriculture, construction, retail, and other industries. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and execute financial statement audit engagements from start to finish Perform risk assessments and develop effective audit strategies and procedures Review financial statements, work-papers, and supporting documentation Identify, evaluate, and communicate audit issues and recommendations Maintain regular communication with clients regarding engagement status, issues, and deliverables Provide engagement updates and escalate significant matters to firm leadership Supervise, coach, and mentor junior audit staff Ensure audits are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established deadlines Stay current with GAAP, auditing standards, and applicable regulatory requirements Collaborate with engagement teams and firm professionals on complex client matters and special projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Active CPA license required 2+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on audit Strong knowledge of GAAP and professional auditing standards Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting/audit software What the Firm Offers Competitive base compensation plus overtime Comprehensive health benefits 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Professional development and training opportunities Collaborative, supportive work environment Opportunity to work with a diverse client base and gain broad industry exposure Interested?
