Job Description

Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts, components and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense and general aviation sectors. Position Description:
Quality Engineer in the aerospace industry provides guidance and advice on methods, procedures, standardization, and requirements associated with AS9100 and AS13100
Essential Responsibilities:
Provides support to functional leadership by gathering and analyzing Quality Information Works with process experts and production personnel to fully understand and provide guidance on appropriate and complete corrective actions to assure repeat deviations do not occur Conducts root cause analyses and ensures root cause, corrective action, preventative action, and product impact are thoroughly addressed in investigations Conducts external audits with Third Party Agencies Update, maintain, and publish Audit Calendar Ensure timely updates to the quality manual, procedures, work instructions and supporting documentation Makes recommendations for corrective action necessary to ensure conformity with quality specifications Technical Writing knowledge and Microsoft Office Suite Experience a plus PPAP, APQP and Document Control experience preferred
Qualifications:
Strong leadership, collaboration and relationship building skills Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and interface effectively throughout all levels of the company Vast knowledge of AS9100 and AS13100 Internal Auditor training and/or Auditor experience recommended
