Qualifications 5+ years of technology operations experience Familiar with modern programming languages and frameworks, preferably Python. Technical leadership and management experience is a plus Familiar with cloud-based technologies (i.e. AWS, K8s, etc.) Able to work independently or as part of a team effort, as required Experience with Python Scripting, GitLab, Git, Jira Administration, Vanta or other compliance monitoring tools, SOC 2 audits, controls testing or auditing, the automation of processes and SQL or MongoDB Query language Solid problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $155,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
