Requirements What We're Looking For:
  • 4+ years of experience in a public accounting firm.
  • Proven ability to lead a team of 2+ employees and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Strong technical skills across accounting and auditing.
  • Exceptional professionalism under pressure-both with your team and with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting software.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and oversee engagements, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Prepare complex areas of engagements and proactively communicate accounting and audit issues.
  • Maintain ongoing client communication to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and participate in networking to grow the firm's presence.
  • Uphold firm policies, procedures, and professional standards.
