Full Job Description Work Schedule Hours :

Mon-Fri, Occasional Weekends. 6:00am-4:00pm

Position Overview:

The Equipment Control Coordinator will review and enter incoming per diem and/or Chassis usage invoices into the Equipment Audit Portal in order for operations to review and approve.

Important Job Functions:

Enter invoices into Per Diem and/or Chassis Usage portal and verify billing is correct File disputes with equipment owners as needed Create A/R invoices to customers; Send invoices to customer via-email Post chassis usage charges in Great Plains Prepare documents to submit to Accounts Payable for payment to vendor

Other Job Functions:

Maintain daily yard Inventory checks and reconciliations Process and finalize empty terminations of containers Regular auditing of chassis and yard equipment Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Good organizational skills The ability to handle multiple responsibilities at any given time Transportation and Trucking experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel $20-$25 salary range based on experience
