Job Description
Audit Associate Greater Cleveland Area | Full-Time Tactical Edge is recruiting an Audit Associate for a confidential client in the public accounting sector. We are looking for an accounting professional with early-career audit experience who is ready to expand their client exposure and take on increasing responsibility within an established accounting practice. What You'll Do Contribute to external audit and assurance engagements Analyze financial information and supporting documentation Complete assigned audit procedures and engagement documentation Assist with financial reporting activities Review business processes and financial controls Work directly with clients to gather information and resolve questions Collaborate with experienced accounting professionals throughout engagements What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a closely related discipline Previous external audit experience, ideally within a public accounting environment Interest in earning or continued progress toward the CPA designation Strong analytical and organizational abilities Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to balance multiple assignments and deadlines High attention to detail and professional judgment Career Opportunity This position offers exposure to varied client engagements, continued technical development, and the opportunity to build toward greater responsibility within public accounting.
