We're a full-service accounting, assurance, and advisory firm with over 40 years of experience serving individuals and businesses from our office in Morrow, Georgia. As a growing mid-sized firm, we combine the knowledge of a seasoned team with the personal connection of a close-knit workplace. Role Overview As an Audit Senior, you'll work directly with clients, managers, and partners on a variety of engagements across industries such as construction, retail, non-profits, and local governments. You'll take an active role in audit planning, execution, staff development, and client communication while continuing to strengthen your technical and leadership skills. In this role, you will: Assist with audit planning, risk assessments, and engagement completion Perform and review audit procedures, workpapers, and financial documentation Communicate directly with clients to gather information and support engagement needs Train, mentor, and support staff accountants during engagements Collaborate with managers, partners, and team members to ensure quality and timely completion of work Apply critical thinking and technical audit knowledge to identify issues and recommend solutions At F&K, you'll gain broad exposure across industries rather than being placed into a narrow niche, while growing alongside a collaborative team and an actively evolving firm. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting 2+ years of public accounting audit experience Willingness to travel to client sites within approximately two hours of the office Availability to work extended hours during busy seasons CPA license or active progress toward certification Compensation & Benefits Hybrid schedule available after initial onboarding period Flexible work hours and three weeks of PTO Seven paid holidays plus additional office closures CPA assistance, paid GSCPA membership, and CPE Tuition reimbursement and ongoing mentorship Retirement plan with employer contribution Medical and supplemental insurance Weekly team lunches and firm events
