Job Title - Summer 2026
Compliance Administration Intern Job Description:
Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) is seeking a junior/senior college student or recent college graduate for a part-time Compliance Administration Internship in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for Summer 2026. Located at WRAP HQ in Arlington, VA, this internship is designed to provide hands-on administrative experience in the CSR field from an administrative and quality control perspective. The ideal candidate will demonstrate base knowledge of administrative processes and detail-oriented work. This internship will provide an opportunity to further develop practical administrative and quality control skills by directly working with WRAP's Compliance Administration Department. In addition, the intern candidate will also learn about the corporate social responsibility field and its effects on the international supply chain through their time spent working with WRAP. This position involves a volume of data entry, document review, tracking, and administrative follow-up. The work is highly detail-oriented, repetitive in nature, and requires strong focus, consistency, and accuracy when handling large amounts of information. Candidates should be comfortable performing routine administrative tasks, reviewing data for accuracy, and working independently on structured processes for extended periods of time.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing social compliance audit reports for quality control Entering and cross-checking data on WRAP's information systems Assist in communicating with WRAP-accredited monitoring partners Assisting the Compliance Administration Department with projects, as needed
Qualifications:
Pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree. It is preferred to be in a related field but is not required.
For example:
Business Administration, Economics, History, Sociology International Relations/Business/Government/Studies Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Strong communication and data analysis skills.
Job Benefits:
A hybrid working environment with a minimum of 20 working hours. Must be available to be in the office 2 days of the week. Pay = $15.00/hour A diverse and positive working environment
