Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage financial statement audits from planning to completion for Venture Capital funds and portfolio companies.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical accounting advice on complex valuation and investment transactions.

Supervise, mentor, and review the work of senior and staff accountants to foster professional growth.

Research and resolve complex accounting and auditing issues under US GAAP and GAAS guidelines.

Coordinate with firm leadership to optimize engagement efficiency, profitability, and billing metrics.

Must-Have Qualifications5 or more years of progressive public accounting audit experience.

Deep technical strength auditing Venture Capital funds, private equity, or high-growth tech entities.

Proven experience managing audit engagements and supervising professional staff.

Active CPA license is required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level client interactions.
