2955957821-2 Apply for this job now Job Description SERVPRO is seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Franchise Compliance Auditor I to support our construction and restoration franchise network. In this entry-level role, you will review project documentation, safety practices, and operational processes to ensure alignment with SERVPRO standards and relevant regulations. You'll conduct file and occasional on-site audits, prepare findings reports, and support corrective action follow-up. Working closely with franchise owners and field teams, you'll help strengthen quality, safety, and documentation practices while building a career in compliance within a mission-driven, service-focused organization. Responsibilities Conduct compliance audits of SERVPRO construction and restoration franchise operations against company and regulatory standards Review job files, contracts, safety documentation, and billing for accuracy and adherence to policy Prepare clear audit reports, document findings, and recommend corrective actions Follow up on remediation plans and track closure of compliance issues Collaborate with franchise owners and field teams to provide guidance and training on compliance requirements Assist in developing and updating audit checklists, procedures, and best practices Analyze trends in audit findings and support continuous improvement initiatives Travel periodically to franchise locations or job sites for on-site reviews Support internal training, certification, and quality programs as needed Required Skills Audit planning and execution Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards Construction or restoration industry familiarity Document and file review Report writing and documentation Data analysis in Excel or similar tools Risk assessment Understanding of safety and OSHA practices Communication and presentation Time management and organization
