In this entry-level role, you will review project documentation, safety practices, and operational processes to ensure alignment with SERVPRO standards and relevant regulations. You'll conduct file and occasional on-site audits, prepare findings reports, and support corrective action follow-up. Working closely with franchise owners and field teams, you'll help strengthen quality, safety, and documentation practices while building a career in compliance within a mission-driven, service-focused organization.
