Manufacturing Are you the kind of person who spots a single misplaced detail from a mile away? Do you love keeping things organized, accurate, and up to top-tier standards? If so, we are looking for a fantastic Quality Auditor to join our manufacturing team and help us keep our products flawless! What You'll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff!): Evaluating and verifying that our products are being manufactured correctly! Double-checking that the quantities in our standard packs are absolutely perfect. Kicking things off right by completing a first part approval on all start-up jobs. Inspecting the Last Tagged Part in containers that are delivered to the final audit. Acting as our quality superhero by immediately reporting any problems to the shift supervisor, Plant Manager, and Quality Supervisor. Playing detective to enter non-conformances for any defective or mislabeled product. Slapping a hold tag on containers and arranging for defective products to take a timeout in the Quality Hold area. Auditing our manufacturing cells to verify operators are following instructions and using the correct materials and packaging. Ensuring that every product meets our strict visual requirements. Coaching and instructing machine operators on any needed corrections. Verifying that incoming products meet dimensional, visual, and quantity compliance. Keeping our workspace safe and sparkling by checking for cleanliness, keeping aisles clear, and keeping supplies neat and organized. Helping out with any other tasks requested by the Quality Supervisor or Quality Manager! What You Need in
Your Toolkit:
A High school diploma is absolutely mandatory for this role. An Associates degree (or better!) is highly preferred. Awesome general computer skills, with a specific focus on MS Office Suite and FileMaker. You must have your own reliable transportation to get to and from work.
