Requirements:

A minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, compliance, auditing, payroll, Human Resources information systems, state reporting, data analysis, or a closely related field is required. Experience in a Washington public school district is preferred. Bachelor's degree in job related area preferred . Years of experience in School District Human Resources may substitute for degree. Knowledge of credits/clock hours and experience. Knowledge of state reporting requirements (e.g.

S275, EE

Tool, SEES Report, etc.) Knowledge of auditing techniques. Knowledge of OSPI certification guidelines. Knowledge of Unemployment reporting requirements.
