Tax Supervisor / Audit Supervisor

Our client, a respected firm within the financial services and accounting sphere, is seeking a motivated Tax/Audit Supervisor to join their team and make a significant impact. In this vital role, you will be entrusted with developing and training their assurance team, fostering a culture of excellence and preparing/reviewing tax returns. Your experience and guidance will be key to elevating the team's capabilities and success.

What You Will Do:

Lead and implement training programs for the assurance team. Mentor and coach team members to strengthen technical skills and professional growth. Collaborate with leadership to enhance workflows and best practices. Prepare and Review tax returns

What We're Looking For:

CPA credential is a must. 5+ years of experience in tax and/or audit fields. Passion for developing others and building strong assurance teams. Experience in audit/assurance and tax returns
